Terms of Service for the Application CouponAlert

1. Introduction

Welcome to CouponAlert ("App"). This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Niklas Rousset, governing your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the App.

2. License

Niklas Rousset grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to: Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the App.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to any content, trademarks, and software, are owned by Niklas Rousset or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to Niklas Rousset’s trademarks or service marks.

5. User Data

By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or Niklas Rousset. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Niklas Rousset disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Niklas Rousset be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if Niklas Rousset has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Niklas Rousset, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to this Agreement

Niklas Rousset reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
