Fair Use Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy supplements the Terms of Service where included in your agreement. It does not remove statutory consumer rights or let us reduce the features or capacity promised with your purchased plan.
Personal coupon management
CouponAlert is intended for organizing coupons for your own shopping and household use. Do not use it as general-purpose file storage, a public coupon distribution service, or a commercial resale platform. Do not interfere with other users, submit malware, use accounts you are not entitled to access, or evade agreed usage controls.
Storage and import limits
Storage and automated-import allowances depend on the plan you select. The offer shown before purchase must state the applicable limits. Paid storage is not unlimited. The service uses capacity and request controls to prevent abuse; it may reject an addition or import when the applicable allowance has been reached. Deleting a coupon does not reset a daily import allowance.
We do not use this policy to impose undisclosed material limits on a purchased plan. Changes to agreed capacity or features remain subject to your contract, the change-notice rules in the Terms of Service and mandatory law. Contact [email protected] if a limit appears inconsistent with the offer you accepted.
Proportionate enforcement
We investigate suspected abuse and use restrictions proportionate to the issue. Where appropriate, we notify you and allow you to resolve the problem before terminating access. Immediate restrictions can be necessary for a genuine security risk or legal requirement. Statutory remedies, refunds and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
